Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Animeastore. We strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and accurately. Please read our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of collectible anime figures and merchandise, Animeastore.in does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Products no longer wanted after delivery

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections or packaging wear as described below

All sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged item.

  • You received an incorrect item different from your order.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

To request a replacement, please email orders@animeastore.in within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • Any additional evidence requested by our support team

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being rejected.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening their package.

Animeastore.in reserves the right to request an unboxing video when reviewing damaged-item or wrong-item claims. Claims submitted without adequate proof may be denied.

Collector Item Condition Notice

Anime figures and collectibles are manufactured products and may occasionally contain minor cosmetic variations.

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Minor paint variations

  • Small molding marks

  • Minor manufacturing inconsistencies

  • Slight color differences from promotional images

  • Tiny scratches or marks that do not affect displayability

Additionally, minor wear to the outer product packaging, including:

  • Small dents

  • Minor creases

  • Light scratches

  • Corner wear

will not be considered shipping damage provided the figure itself remains undamaged.

Replacement Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Animeastore.in will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We will cover all shipping costs associated with approved replacement requests.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:

  • A replacement cannot be arranged; or

  • We are unable to fulfill an approved replacement request.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders

For UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and other prepaid transactions, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI to a valid UPI ID provided by the customer.

Non-Eligible Claims

Replacement or refund requests may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.

  • Required evidence is not provided.

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or modification after delivery.

  • The issue relates solely to minor cosmetic or packaging imperfections described in this policy.
